The refund and exchange is a very easy process within the company. The money for the product buyed by you can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase of the products. There are some simple rules for the refund of every product.

You can return the product under the given circumstances

1. The order you received has some missing parts or is damaged

2. You did not like the product or changed your mind for buying the product.

3. You did not receive the particular item you ordered and received a dfferent product.

There are some terms and conditions for the refund policy which are:

  • The order to get the full refund of the product the product should be in the proper condition and be with its original packing. The product should be handled badly or be damaged from anywhere. Also attach the receipt of purchase done of the product within 7 days of the refund.
  • The products buy in the clearance sale, promotional events or with the gift cards are not viable to the exchanged or returned.
  • The original shipping cost of the product will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In case your order is shipped but not yet delivered and you want to cancel your order get in touch with the sales and support executives or the customer care number and inform about the cancellation at the earliest.
  • Also if you wish to cancel the order which has be given to the courier company do not accept the order and inform the sales office executive at the earliest.
  • The shipping charges and taxes if any of the product returned will be borne and take care by the customer himself.
  • Once your product reaches the company it will take 3-4 days business days for the verification of the product, packing and the refund of the product.
  • The refund days of the product may also take additional 2-3 business days depending upon the mode of payment of the refund or the product borrowed.
